Welcome to Giangvo LLC. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Services Provided

Giangvo LLC offers professional services including Digital Marketing, SEO, Website and Mobile Development, UI/UX Design, and Influencer Marketing. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences on any development or design project.
  • Monthly Retainers: Payments for ongoing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media) are due on the 1st of each month.
  • Late Fees: Payments delayed by more than 7 days may incur a late fee or lead to a temporary suspension of services. 

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results for your Lead Generation or Web Development, clients must provide necessary assets (logos, content, access to ad accounts) in a timely manner. Giangvo LLC is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client feedback or missing materials.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client owns the final creative assets (logos, website code, graphics).
  • Agency Rights: Giangvo LLC retains the right to display project outcomes in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
  • Third-Party Tools: Ownership of third-party software, fonts, or stock imagery used in projects remains with their respective creators.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest ROI, Giangvo LLC does not guarantee specific ranking positions on search engines or specific sales figures, as these are subject to third-party platform algorithms (Google, Meta). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss of profits resulting from service downtime or platform changes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. For one-time projects (like Website Development), termination after work has begun may result in a “kill fee” to cover labor costs incurred up to that date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Giangvo LLC is registered.

Build an authentic community and grow your brand organically. Our social media management services include strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Branding and Naming
Establish a strong, memorable identity in your market. We guide you through the creative process of naming your business or product, and follow up with comprehensive branding services including logo design, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
Print Design
Make a lasting physical impression with professional print materials. From business cards and brochures to packaging and event banners, we provide high-quality print design services that perfectly align with your digital branding.
